Returns
- You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items such as innerwear or personalized products are not eligible for return.
- Email us at [Insert Email] or call [Insert Number] with your order ID and reason.
- We’ll arrange a pickup or share return shipping instructions.
To initiate a return:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund timing also depends on your bank or Razorpay.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
Exchange
- Exchanges are currently not supported. Please return and reorder.
